Class 2 Updates

Please welcome Freddie into the class.
Freddie has moved down to Cornwall and will be joining you all in Class 3 from September. He wanted to record a video to introduce himself so here it us.
If any of you would like to record a video of yourselves so Freddie can see some of you, feel free to send it through to me and I will pass it on.

Here we are at Friday again! I hope you have all had a great week. I have been back in school, teaching some of the Year 1s and it has been brilliant. We have had a wonderful week.
Well done to everyone who has continued to work at home. As always, I have loved receiving your emails with your work, updates and photos.
I hope you have a lovely weekend (mine will largely be spent watching football as it is now back!)
Here are some of your pictures.

Friday 14th April
Hello and happy weekend!
Well done on another week of great work and activities. As always, I have loved seeing what you have been up to.
For those of you who don't yet know, we have some exciting news for Class 2. Zennor and her family have come back from their travels and we are very lucky that she is returning to our class. Look out for what she has been up to at home.
Here is an update for you all to see each other.
Friday 17th April
Hello Class 2!
I hope you all had a wonderful Easter and that you have enjoyed doing some home learning this week. As always, it has been great to hear from you and I've loved seeing what you have been up to.
Hopefully by now you have all seen the video that the staff filmed and Mr Wilcox put together for you. I think you will agree it was amazing to see everyone's faces-It really brought a smile to my face and hopefully it did for you too. If you have not seen or heard about the video, please let me know and I will make sure you can see it.
Have a lovely weekend and stay safe.
Here is a little bit of what you have all been up to this week.
Daily Update: Friday 27th
Happy Friday everyone. Well done for a fantastic week. I can tell you have all had a great week from the photos and emails I have been seeing!
I am so impressed with everything you have done that I am going to give you a big treat...2 weeks off!! :)
You have all (children AND parents) definitely earned a break so have a wonderful couple of weeks off and I can't wait to see what you get up to.
Although it is the holidays, feel free to send through a few photos/updates of your favourite part of the holiday...I'll look forward to looking at all of them in a few weeks.
Enjoy the update below.
Daily update: Thursday 26th
Good afternoon everyone. I hope that you have all had a lovely day and have had the opportunity to enjoy this amazing weather. We spent a lot of time in the garden and managed to get out for a walk (Teddy was falling asleep on my shoulders by the time we got back).
A huge happy birthday to Harry for yesterday! It looks and sounds like you had a great day.
Thank you, once again, to everyone who has been in contact with work, photos and telling me what you have been up to. It is great to hear from you. Here is a selection of photos showing what some of you have been up to. As always, keep the email updates and photos coming. :)
This is the new location for all of our Class 2 updates so it is easier for both Year 1 and Year 2 children and parents to find.
My first major update is that The Shainberg household has some exciting news (no, not another baby). Tortoise number 2, Mo, has woken from his winter hibernation today. Here is a picture of him and Usain (Bolt) enjoying the sunshine...
Thank you to all those who have sent photos and work for me to look at today. I am really loving seeing how you are all getting on. It is very strange not coming into school to see you all but I am glad you are all doing so well at home.
Friday 8th May
Hello to all of you.
I hope you are keeping well and getting on with the home learning. As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Sorry it has been a while since there has been an update on here but here are a load of photos from you from this week. It looks like you have been working hard and having fun, which is great to see.
Enjoy the photos and remember to keep more photos coming in through the week and I can feature you in the next update. :)
